
Stallions Welcome Professional Wrestler D' Lo Brown As New Co-owner

The Springfield Stallions will be holding a press conference this week to introduce former WWE Intercontinental and European Champion D' Lo Brown as the newest member of the Stallions ownership group.
The press conference will be held this Wednesday January 24th at 3:00 p.m. at the Prairie Capital Convention Center. Stallion owners Justin Gettys and Kris Underwood will be on hand to welcome D' Lo to Springfield. The public is welcome to attend the press conference.
Stallions' owner Justin Gettys stated, "Kris and I are thrilled to have D' Lo joining us in Springfield. He has been a great friend over the years and we are looking forward to working with him."
D' Lo began his wrestling career in New Jersey. He is one of the few wrestlers to hold both the Intercontinental and European Championships at the same time in the WWF. D' Lo continued to wrestle in the WWE until 2003. He has spent the past few years wrestling in Japan and around the United States. D' Lo is married and has a two year old daughter.
The Springfield Stallions will begin play in the Continental Indoor Football League in March. They will play their home games on Midwest Technical Institute Field inside the Prairie Capital Convention Center.
