ST. LOUIS - St. Louis Football Club has been unveiled as the newest participant in USL PRO for the 2015 season, as the club revealed its official name via social media on Monday afternoon.
St. Louis FC, under the leadership of local businessman and longtime local soccer advocate Jim Kavanaugh, is set to begin play next season at St. Louis Soccer Park. The club has already named Dale Schilly as its first head coach, with Patrick Barry the team's Executive Director.

St. Louis is the third expansion franchise announced for the 2015 USL PRO season, with Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC and Tulsa Roughnecks FC also set to join the league as it moves into its fifth season.
