Manchester Wolves News Release

The Manchester Wolves, New Hampshire's professional arenafootball2 team, announced today that their award-winning dance team received a new name; the "Lady Wolf Pack".

The Wolves, along with Fix The Mag/ Media Crush, helped select the new dance team name by having name suggestion ballots available at the Wolves' Fan Center for all the fans that attended the first four Wolves games during the 2006 season. After many great suggestions, the most popular two names came down to "The Lady Wolves", and "The Wolf Pack". The fans then voted between the two finalists during the May 20 th game, and after a split decision came about the team decided to join the two names to form the "Lady Wolf Pack".

"I think the new name will jazz things up a bit for us," said Lady Wolf Pack Choreographer Heidi-Sullivan Laroche. "Before it was just the Wolves Dance Team, now it's a little more elegant and spicier. We'd like to thank all the fans that participated in the name the dance team contest."

The new name comes just in time for some great Lady Wolf Pack giveaways.
