
SPHL Announces Suspension

HUNTERSVILLE, NC - The Southern Professional Hockey League (SPHL) on Monday announced the following suspension:
Macon's Brian Bowen Macon's Brian Bowen has been suspended three games under Rule 28, Supplementary Discipline, as a result of his actions in Game 62, Macon at Birmingham, played on Friday, March 12.
Bowen was assessed a match penalty under Rule 48.5, Illegal Check to the Head, at 8:30 of the second period.
Bowen sat out Saturday's contest against Birmingham and will miss Macon's upcoming games against Huntsville on March 19 and 20.
