SPHL Announces President's Cup First Round Schedule

HUNTERSVILLE, NC (March 28, 2015) - The Southern Professional Hockey League (SPHL) on Saturday announced the schedule for the first round, best-of-three series in the 2015 President's Cup Playoffs:
#1 Peoria Rivermen vs. #6 Louisiana IceGators
Game 1 - Wednesday, April 1 at Louisiana, 7:05 pm
Game 2 - Friday, April 3 at Peoria, 7:05 pm
Game 3 - Saturday, April 4 at Peoria, 7:05 pm (if necessary)
#2 Columbus Cottonmouths vs. #5 Knoxville Ice Bears
Game 1 - Thursday, April 2 at Knoxville, 7:35 pm
Game 2 - Friday, April 3 at Columbus, 7:30 pm
Game 3 - Saturday, April 4 at Columbus, 7:30 pm (if necessary)
#3 Pensacola Ice Flyers vs. #4 Mississippi RiverKings
Game 1 - Wednesday, April 1 at Pensacola, 7:05 pm
Game 2 - Friday, April 3 at Mississippi, 7:05 pm
Game 3 - Saturday, April 4 at Pensacola, 7:05 pm (if necessary)
The highest-seeded team remaining after the first round will receive an automatic bye to the President's Cup Finals.
