Special Autographed Seats on Sale for USWNT match; Two Price Leve ls Sold Out

SAN DIEGO - The Spirit announced today that the special collectors field level seats for the U.S. Women's National Team game against Japan on January 12, 1:00 p.m. at Torero Stadium, will be autographed by the San Diego Spirit players who are also members of the U.S. team. The $45 VIP club and $40 club seat levels sold out in advance, leaving the $150 limited edition seats as the only premier section seating remaining.

Release Summary

- Field level seats will be located on the South sideline of Torero Stadium.

- Players Fawcett, Foudy, MacMillan, Pagliarulo & head coach April Henrichs will be autographing the seats.

- Tickets priced at $20, $30 & $35 are available through Ticketmaster or on-line at ussoccer.com.

The field level seats, placed on the South sideline, will be a one-time occurrence at Torero Stadium. Each chair will feature the autographs of Joy Fawcett, Julie Foudy, Shannon MacMillan, Jaime Pagliarulo and U.S. head coach April Heinrichs. Less than 50 of collectors' seats remain.

Remaining tickets for the USA vs. Japan match ranging in price from $20 to $35 are on sale now at all Southern California Ticketmaster outlets (including Robinson's-May and Wherehouse Music), by phone at 619-220-TIXS (8497) and on-line at www.ussoccer.com.

The San Diego Spirit is a charter member of the WUSA and plays their home matches at the 7,035-seat Torero Stadium on the campus of the University of San Diego. The Spirit kicks off their third season of action on April 5 vs. Boston.
