Sox Add Brandwood to Roster

MARYSVILLE, CALIFORNIA: The Yuba-Sutter Gold Sox have added Sonny Brandwood to the 2018 roster. We're thrilled to have Sonny come out for the summer, we've heard great things about him and are excited to have him come out and enhance his skills," said VP/GM Michael Mink.
6'5, 220 lb Brandwood comes to the team as a pitcher from Laney College in Oakland. The RS Freshman has been playing baseball since he was just 4 years old. He attended Dublin High School where he lettered twice and received 2 Player of the Game awards. He had 8 wins in 81 innings pitched and 39 strikeouts.
Before each game, he says he has to listen to music to get him ready. "I'm excited to play for the Sox and can't wait to meet you all," said Brandwood.
