
Soul to host second annual "Soul Summer Slam"

PHILADELPHIA - The Philadelphia Soul will host the second annual "Soul Summer Slam" on Saturday, August 13 in Wildwood, NJ, the team announced today. The event will take place on the beach across from Schellenger Avenue (Next to Morey's Piers) and will run from 3 p.m. until 6 p.m. Event proceeds will benefit Soul charities.
Soul Summer Slam will feature live music by The Interns, performances by the Soulmates dance team, greetings by Soul ownership and players, inflatable rides for kids, food, a Bud Light beer garden, and more.
The second annual Soul Summer Slam will be sponsored by Coastal Broadcasting (Q107, 98.7 The Coast and Oldies 94), Bud Light and the Boardwalk Bar and Grill.
Soul players and representatives will also be in attendance for the post-event party to be held at the Boardwalk Bar and Grill from 6 p.m. until 11 p.m. The post-event party will be open to the public.
