Midland, TX - Ryan Sloan threw a scoreless start and five different Travelers hit a double as Arkansas defeated Midland, 9-4 on Saturday night for a fourth consecutive win. Hunter Fitz-Gerald paced the offense with three hits while Caleb Cali drove in three runs. Jonny Farmelo had two hits and two RBIs and Bill Knight also drove in two runs. Arkansas scored in five of nine innings. Sloan was stifling, holding Midland scoreless for 4.2 innings. He struck out five and allowed only three base runners.

Moments That Mattered

* Farmelo ripped a single with the bases loaded to plate two in the fourth inning and give the Travs a four run lead.

* Midland had climbed back within three runs (after trailing by six) heading into the ninth inning but Caleb Calie provided some insurance with a two-run double that scored two.
