Sky Blue FC News Release
Harrison, N.J. - Sky Blue FC announced today that the world's most awarded portfolio of alcohol-free spirits, Lyre's Non-Alcoholic Spirits, is joining as a partner through January 2021. The partnership will see Lyre's added as one of the jersey sponsors for the Club during the 2020 NWSL fall series.
"It's exciting to have Lyre's on board as a Sky Blue partner for the fall series and into the winter," said Sky Blue General Manager Alyse LaHue. "They are an award-winning and growing brand that makes perfect sense for us to collaborate with and get creative about non-alcoholic options for our fans that want to socialize without the buzz."
Lyre's logo will now appear above the player names on the back of all Sky Blue FC jerseys during the upcoming fall series. They will also be a digital presenting sponsor of two Sky Blue Digital Watch Parties for the September 5 and September 20 matches. Lyre's is also creating a Sky Blue FC signature cocktail to be available at a later date.
Sky Blue FC returns to play this Saturday, September 5 at 1 p.m. ET against the Washington Spirit on CBS Television Network. The Club will play four total matches during the NWSL fall series, with the first half of the schedule announced on September 1.
