Sky Blue FC and TeamSnap Renew Partnership for 2017 Season

Tinton Falls, N.J. (Monday) - Sky Blue FC of the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) officially announced today that it has renewed its partnership with TeamSnap, whose online and mobile apps take sports organization and communication into the 21st century. As part of the relationship, Sky Blue FC and TeamSnap are once again teaming up to honor worthy candidates in the region as part of their Most Valuable Coach program.

"It is great to have TeamSnap back on board for the 2017 season," said Tony Novo, Sky Blue FC President & General Manager. "We had great success last year with the TeamSnap Most Valuable Coach program, and it serves as a great method to honor some of the most influential coaches in our region. We look forward to expanding our partnership with TeamSnap even further during the upcoming season."

Online submissions for the TeamSnap Most Valuable Coach program can be made by any member of the community who would like to nominate a deserving coach. A new winner will be selected prior to each Sky Blue FC home game, and he/she will be honored on match day at Yurcak Field. Additionally, each winner will also receive a prize pack from TeamSnap.

"Great coaching requires time, patience and dedication," said Ken McDonald, Chief Growth Officer of TeamSnap. "That's why we're glad to continue helping Sky Blue FC recognize great coaches for all the hard work they do."
