'Sit with a Knighthawk' Ticket Promotion Kicks Off

(Rochester, October 22)... The Rochester Knighthawks annual "Sit with a Knighthawk" ticket promotion is set for Friday, November 19th and Friday, November 26th. The offer allows fans a chance to hang out with their favorite players at The Blue Cross Arena with the purchase of discounted hockey tickets to watch the Rochester Americans.

On November 19th, the Amerks entertain the Hamilton Bulldogs at 7:35 p.m. at The Blue Cross Arena. The players will sit with fans on the Green Party Deck (101 to 103) from 6:00 to 9:30 p.m. On November 19th, Shawn Williams, Steve Toll, Jordan Hall, Aaron Bold and Joe Walters are already confirmed for the first night of the promotion. The second installment for "Sit with a Knighthawk" is scheduled for Friday, November 26th, as Rochester hosts the Toronto Marlies at 7:35 p.m. in AHL action.

Tickets for the "Sit with a Knighthawk" promotion are only $15. All tickets orders must be received by 4:00 p.m. on the day of the game. Seats are limited so order your tickets by calling an account executive at (585) 454-5335.

The Rochester Knighthawks will open their 2011 National Lacrosse League Training Camp the weekend of Saturday, November 20th to Sunday, November 21st in Rochester. The Knighthawks will hit the floor on Saturday from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Rochester Sports Garden (1460 E Henrietta Rd). On Sunday, the team will practice from 9:00 a.m. to noon at Total Sports Experience in Gates. The practices are free and open to the public. The Knighthawks will open the season on Saturday, January 8th in Minnesota against the West Division Swarm. The Knighthawks will open the home portion of their schedule on Saturday, January 15th against the Toronto Rock at 7:35 p.m. at The Blue Cross Arena at the Rochester War Memorial.
