
SIFL Names Players of the Week

LAKE CHARLES, La. - The Southern Indoor Football League has announces its Players of The Week for games played April 29 -May 1.
Offense: Cecil Lester, QB, Albany Panthers. Lester completed 24 of 36 passes for 320 yards and eight touchdown passes to five different receivers as the Panthers pulled away to a 61-46 victory over the Richmond Raiders.
Defense: Keon Lattimore, LB, Trenton Steel. Latimore had ten tackles, including three for loss and an interception as the Steel defense held the Fayetteville Force to 84 total yards in a 69-41 victory.
Special Teams: J.R. Cipra, K, Harrisburg Stampede. The veteran kicker registered three field goals and three UNOs as the Stampede broke into the winning column by defeating Erie 41-40.
