Shock Associate Head Coach Jason Glover Named Head Coach of NBA D-League's Reno Bighorns

Tulsa, Okla. - Tulsa Shock associate head coach Jason Glover has been named head coach of the NBA D-League's Reno Bighorns. Glover served as interim head coach for the final 12 games of the 2012-13 season. Glover has served as associate head coach of Reno for four out of the five years Bighorns seasons. Glover's position will not affect his position with the Shock and he will remain on Gary Kloppenburg's coaching staff.

"First of all, I would like to thank the Reno Bighorn family, Herb Santos Jr, Steve & Jeff Adams, for giving me the opportunity to continue doing what I love to do," said Reno Bighorns' head coach Jason Glover. "I look forward to the challenges that lie ahead. I'm extremely humbled and excited to be able to stay home in Reno and work for a first class organization like the Bighorns. I plan to help the organization grow not only on the court but off the court as well. We would like to build a basketball team that Northern Nevada can not only rally around but be proud of."
