Mississippi Surge News Release
Although the season has ended for the Mississippi Surge, there is still action surrounding the team's online game worn jersey sale.
Surge jerseys worn during the recently concluded 2012-13 season are available for purchase online at www.mssurge.com or by calling the Surge office at 594-3800.
There will also be a couple of opportunities for the public to meet and visit with Surge players. Michaels Night Club (located in the Best Western Seaway Inn on Highway 49 jsut soth of Interstate 10) will have Surge players on hand Wednesday night to visit with patrons.
Mugshots will host its annual Surge wrap up party on Thursday evening starting at 6 o'clock. Fans there will have the chance to purchase jerseys that are still available in a live auction. Fans who have already purchased a jersey will be able to pick it up at Mugshots Thursday night.
In addition to the jersey sale, the Surge is also holding a special merchandise sale. Youth jerseys are $7; mini hockey sticks $3; Surge hats $5; pucks $2 and Surge team photos for $10.
Season tickets for 2013-14 are on sale now. Fans who reserve their seat by April 12 will have their choice of a Surge tote bag, or Surge gym bag. Reserve your season ticet by calling the Surge at 228-594-3800.
