Georgia Force News Release
Duluth, GA (October 3, 2011) - Fresh off a successful tryout in Suwanee in September, the Force will be venturing a little further from home for the second of four planned offseason tryouts in preparation for the 2012 season. This time, Force coaches and staff will get a look at the finest talent the Yellowhammer State has to offer when they head to Birmingham's D1 Sports Training Facility on October 30.
As with the prior tryout, the proceedings will consist of a 40-yard dash, short shuttle, individual drills, and 1-on-1's. Those who preregister by October 26 can do so for $70, while those who register at the tryout will pay $80. The registration form can be downloaded at GeorgiaForce.com. Cash, check, or money order will be accepted for preregistration, but cash will be the only acceptable form of payment on the day of the tryout.
The tryout will begin at 11 a.m. Central time, with registration starting at 10. DI Birmingham is located at 1651 Independence Court in Birmingham. Those looking to register are advised to send game film and/or bio information to playerpersonnel@georgiaforce.com.
