Saint John Sea Dogs News Release

SAINT JOHN, N.B. - The Saint John Sea Dogs have recalled goaltender Maxime Michaud for the team's three-game Quebec road trip this week.

He will replace goaltender Antoine Landry, who is away from the team for personal reasons.

Michaud, 17, is about to begin his season with the Louis J. Robichaud Patriotes high school hockey team in Shediac, N.B.

In 14 games with the Patriotes last season, Michaud had a record of 11-2, with a 2.69 goals-against average and a .883 save percentage.

The Moncton native attended the Sea Dogs' 2013-14 training camp and appeared in one pre-season game.

He also dressed for one regular season game with Saint John, but did not see any action.

Michaud is expected to be in uniform tonight when the Sea Dogs take on Drummondville at the Marcel Dionne Centre. Catch the game LIVE on News 88.9 FM. Watch it LIVE on TELUS (fee applies).

Saint John's next home game is November 1st at 7:30 p.m. against the Moncton Wildcats. Tickets are available at the Harbour Station box office, online at tickets.harbourstation.ca, or by calling 657-1234.
