Scott Johnson Promoted to Sales Manager for Missouri Monsters

ST. CHARLES, Mo. - The Missouri Monsters have promoted sales associate Scott Johnson to Sales Manager, it was announced by Howard Balzer, senior vice president of operations.

"In his time as a sales associate over the last several months, Scott has exhibited a passion for the team and his job," Balzer said. "His energy and enthusiasm will serve the Monsters well in overseeing the sales department."

For the last two years, Johnson has worked as a leasing consultant for the Lipton Group and won leasing consultant of the year for 2012, which is awarded by the St. Louis-based Institute of Real Estate Management.

He worked as a sports, website, and assignment desk intern for KSDK Newschannel 5 as well as interning for the St. Louis Cardinals' Double-A affiliate in Springfield, Mo.

The graduate of Missouri State University has 10 years of sales and customer service experience.

Said Johnson, "I'm extremely honored and humbled by the opportunity to be a part of this organization. I look forward to accomplishing the goals set forth, and will dedicate myself to the success of the Missouri Monsters."
