San Diego, CA - The So Cal Scorpions became one step closer this week to the ring, as they shut out and shut down the New Mexico Burn, in a 69-0 domination.

"We have come a long way, from being 3-7, to 1-9, the players and coaches are working hard for this" Stated team owner, Ann Bagala.
"We know we have accomplished nothing until we have won it all" Stated Scorpions Head Coach, Mike Suggett.
The last time these two teams met, the Scorpions shut out the Amazons 14-0. This week's game may very will navigate the way the rest of the Scorpions season will go.
The game is this Saturday at Edward's Stadium next to La Jolla High School, kick off is 5 PM. For more information on the Scorpions, or to order tickets visit their website at www.socalscorpions.com or call 877-71-STING
