Wes Berg nets hat trick as Seals fall to Bandits in New York.
We couldn't spoil the celebration this time Seals fans. The Seals' offensive performance kicked off impressively in the first half when Austin Staats scored a goal just one minute into the game. Wes Berg joined the party as he flew in for a power play goal followed by a beautiful behind the back shot that became an instant candidate for SportsCenter's Top 10.
The Seals put up a strong effort to bounce back from a three-goal streak by Buffalo in the third quarter, but a combination of penalties and unsuccessful shots prevented their comeback. Curtis Dickson & Austin Staats split two goals apiece tonight as Dane Dobbie and Jake Govett netted one each.
