Salmon Kings Compete In Ultimate Logo Tournament

Victoria, BC - The Victoria Salmon Kings, proud affiliate of the Vancouver Canucks and Manitoba Moose, announced today that they are currently in the top 10 of ECHL logos as selected by The Hockey News' Ultimate Logo Tournament.

The Hockey News is hosting the tournament over the next two months. They will first lay out the rankings of every notable league in North America, then let the fans vote on their favorites.

The logos will be ranked by staff members of the publication on a variety of factors including uniqueness, impact and overall aesthetic.

Each ranking will be accompanied by a poll that allows fans to pick their favorite from the Top 10 logos as selected by The Hockey News for that league.

Based on the poll results, 40 teams will be chosen to participate in a tournament that begins Sept. 1 and that will also be voted on by fans.
