Sacramento, Calif., (September 4, 2015) - As part of the ongoing partnership between Sacramento Republic FC and The California Endowment, the third in a series of youth community soccer clinics will take place Tuesday, September 8, at Elder Creek Elementary School in Sacramento.

Republic FC and The Endowment are working together to promote wellness and healthy living within the community, as well as to lift up the message of #Health4All. The upcoming clinic will provide youth an opportunity to develop soccer skills and engage in a Q&A session with a Republic FC coach and players about the importance of doing well in school, nutrition, physical education and wellness.

Half of the participants have been pre-selected by Sacramento Building Healthy Communities, a community-based health initiative sponsored by The California Endowment. In an effort to expand this unique opportunity to include more youth from the Sacramento community, this clinic is also open to a limited number of participants from the public.
