
SaberCats Travel to Philadelphia to Take on the 3-1 Soul

SAN JOSE, Calif. - The San Jose SaberCats (3-1) are on the road this Saturday, April 14 in Philadelphia, Pa. to challenge the first place team from the American Conference's South division, the Philadelphia Soul (3-1). Last week the 'Cats posted a dominating performance, beating the San Antonio Talons (2-2) 76-53 on Friday, April 6. Philadelphia is also coming off a comfortable win, posting the second highest point total ever in an Arena Football game, with a 92-42 victory over the Georgia Force.
San Jose and Philadelphia have met five times all-time, and the SaberCats hold a 3-2 advantage, including a 68-61 win at HP Pavilion in April of 2011. The Soul have won the big prize between the two teams, taking home ArenaBowl XXII in New Orleans back in the 2008 season with a 59-56 win.
