
SaberCats Playoff Game in Arizona to be Televised on CSN Bay Area on Sunday, August 4

SAN JOSE, Calif. - The SaberCats (13-5) announced today that their National Conference Semi-final game on Sunday, Aug. 4 against the Arizona Rattlers (15-3) will be televised live on Comcast SportsNet Bay Area. San Jose will battle the West Division champion Rattlers at the US Airways Center in Phoenix on Sunday, Aug. 4 at 5:00 p.m. PT and the game is also available live on KNBR 1050.
The SaberCats and Rattlers split their season series in 2013, with Arizona coming out on top 73-47 in Week 3 in Phoenix and San Jose returning the favor with a 72-42 victory back in Week 14 at home. The last playoff meeting between the two proud Arena Football League franchises saw Arizona eke out a 53-48 win last season en route to their ArenaBowl XXV championship.
