"This Week In The IFL" returns with Episode Five. Wyoming Cavalry Head Coach Ryan Lingenfelder and Sioux Falls Storm Quarterback Terrance Bryant join host Denis Puska on this week's program. Additionally, Puska goes "inside the huddle", taking a look at the news and notes from around the league, a recap of Week 8, and a preview of Week 9 of the Indoor Football League Season.

Puska's first guest is Ryan Lingenfelder. "Coach L" guided the Cavalry to their first win of he season in Week 8, a 36-34 victory over the Tri-Cities Fever. Not only was it Lingenfelder's first win as a Head Coach, it also came against his former team. Lingenfelder spent the last few years in Tri-Cities as the team's defensive coordinator, helping lead the team to two consecutive appearances in the United Bowl. Next up for the Cavalry is a difficult home game against the streaking Chicago Slaughter, who have won 4 games in a row.

Sioux Falls Storm Quarterback Terrance Bryant rounds out the guest list this week. With the Storm offense struggling early in the season, the team turned to an All-Time great to help lead the team back to greatness. Over the span of 6 seasons (2005-2010), Bryant holds every Storm QB record, including 4 National Championship wins. In his return game, the Storm defeated the Green Bay Blizzard 48-29. Bryant was very efficient on the day, completing 9 of 15 passes for 107 yards and 4 touchdowns. The Storm travel to Tri-Cities this weekend to take on the Fever in a rematch of the past two United Bowl Championship Games.
