
Ryan Flanagan Moved to Season-Ending Injured Reserve

CHARLOTTE, NC - The Charlotte Hounds of Major League Lacrosse today announced that defender Ryan Flanagan has been placed on Injured Reserve, Season Ending. Flanagan suffered a knee injury in the third quarter of the Hounds' 12-11 loss to the Denver Outlaws at American Legion Memorial Stadium on Saturday, July 23.
Flanagan has been with the Hounds since the inaugural 2012 season and is a four-time MLL All-Star. In nine games this season, he has collected 23 groundballs, forced seven turnovers and served three penalty minutes.
The Hounds (7-5) currently sit in fourth place in the MLL standings and are preparing for a rematch with the Denver Outlaws (6-6) on Saturday, July 30. The game will be played at Sports Authority Field at Mile High with a faceoff time of 5:00pm ET.
