Rush Youth Football Handbook now available online

The new Chicago Rush Youth Football Handbook, developed this summer to educate youth football coaches and parents about the proper fitting of equipment, stretching, diet and hydration, now is available for download via the Rush Web site, www.chicagorush.com, the Rush announced today.
"We've had such a great response from the youth coaches and players who have received the handbooks that we wanted to make sure it was available to anyone who wanted it," said Rush president/general manager Mike Polisky. "By making it available for download we can ensure that the tips can be used by coaches and players throughout the country."
Those wishing to download the handbook should click on the Youth Football Handbook icon on the home page of the Rush Web site and follow the directions.
The Rush defeated the Orlando Predators 69-61 in June to capture the ArenaBowl XX title. The win capped an amazing playoff run in which the underdog Rush won three consecutive road games on its way to the championship game.
Season tickets for the 2007 season, which begins in January, are on sale now. Thanks to Discover Card, Rush season ticket prices are remaining unchanged for the 2007 season.
