Chicago Rush News Release

The Chicago Rush added depth to its defensive backfield with the signing of WR/DB Malcom Moore to its 24-man roster, the team announced today. To make room on the roster for Moore, the Rush released offensive specialist Reggie Allen.

Moore (5-10, 180, Murray State) originally joined the Rush February 24 as a member of the team's practice squad. Moore began the season with the Indiana Firebirds, but was released during training camp. In 2003 he appeared in one game with Indiana, recording three tackles.

After spending time with the Rush in training camp and on the team's practice squad, Allen was signed to the 24-man roster February 27 and appeared in one game, catching three passes for 32 yards.

The Rush returns home to Allstate Arena Sunday, March 21, at 11 a.m. against the Orlando Predators. Fans wishing to purchase individual game tickets to the Orlando game, or any of the Rush 2004 home games, may order by calling Ticketmaster at (312) 559-1212, or by visiting the Ticketmaster Web site at www.ticketmaster.com.
