
Rush Makes Roster Moves in Advance of Saturday's Game

The Chicago Rush has adjusted its roster in advance of this Saturday's game with the Milwaukee Iron, the team announced today.
The Rush signed quarterback Brett Hall (6-3, 215, Albany), wide receivers Slyvelle Newton (6-1, 210, South Carolina) and Marco Thomas (6-0, 190, Western Illinois), and lineman Chris Merkle (6-3, 265, Montclair State)
Hall will serve as the backup QB for J.J. Raterink until QB Russ Michna returns to the team, while Newton and Thomas will add depth to the injury depleted wide receiving corps.
Kickoff for Saturday's game with Milwaukee is set for 7 p.m. at Allstate Arena and good seats for the game remain available. Fans wishing to purchase tickets should call Ticketmaster at (800) 745-3000 or visit the Ticketmaster Web site at www.ticketmaster.com. Tickets - which range in price from $10 to $60 - also may be purchased in person at any Ticketmaster outlet or the Allstate Arena box office.
