Ruff Riders to hold tryouts on December 7th

ABILENE, TX. : The Abilene Ruff Riders have announced that tryouts for the club is set for Sunday, December 7th, 2008 from the indoor facility at Wylie High School. Wylie High School is located at 4502 Antilley Road in Abilene. Registration begins at 10:00 a.m. and tryouts will start at 11:00 a.m. Participants are expected to wear proper attire for the event as players will be tested in several different categories related to the professional indoor football game.
"We are expecting a big turn out for the tryouts. We hope to see some good local talent from the Abilene community. This is the time for local prospects to come out and hopefully give us a good idea as to who we want to be a part of the Ruff Riders for the '09 season." stated Abilene Ruff Riders Head Coach Gerald Dockery.
