
Rockford Games to be Broadcast Online

ROCKFORD, Ill. - The Rockford Thunder of National Pro Fastpitch (NPF) announced this afternoon, that beginning with tonight's game, the remainder of the Thunder games will be carried live on the Internet.
Thunder General Manager, Aaron M. Moore, will call the play-by-play action for the final 48 games on the schedule, while owner Bob Lowe and other guests will sit in for additional commentary.
To access the Thunder games online, fans just need to visit the Rockford Thunder website at www.thunderprofastpitch.com and click on the "Listen Live" logo on the left-hand side of the screen. This will take you directly to the broadcast. Fans that do not have QuickTime will have to download the free version before having the ability to listen to the broadcast.
Not only will the games be carried live on the Internet, fans will have the opportunity to listen to archived games.
"This is a great opportunity for fans across the country to listen to the Thunder games," said Moore. "One of the goals of our organization is to reach out to as many people as possible."
After tonight, the Thunder will return to action on Friday night, when they host the New England Riptide for a four-game series. Game time is scheduled for 6:35 p.m.
