Rockford Fury's First Game of Regular Season to Be Played At Home

Rockford, Illinois - January 2, 2008 - The much-anticipated inaugural season of the Premier Basketball League kicks off this weekend with the Rockford Fury. The Fury will begin their regular season play by hosting the Chicago Throwbacks on Saturday, January 5, 2008. Tip off is at 7:05pm at Seaver Gym on the Rockford College Campus, 5050 East State Street, Rockford. Advance general admission tickets are available by calling 815.399.4222 and tickets can also be purchased at the gate on game day. Also, special season ticket pricing is available for a limited time - buy one season ticket at full price and get the second at half off.
Tickets for regular season games are $12.00 for adults, $8.00 for students and seniors, and children 6 and under are free. Plus, V.I.P. seats are available for each home game; contact the Rockford Fury for availability. The complete Rockford Fury 2008 Season schedule can be found on-line.
The Premier Basketball League is an independent league consisting of ten basketball teams located across the country. The PBL focuses on community involvement, as well as fan experience.
