Rochester Rhinos Support Local Charities with Playoff Ticket Donation

Rochester, NY - The Rochester Rhinos today announced a partnership with four of Rochester's best known charitable agencies who support the local community: Camp Good Days and Special Times, the Breast Cancer Coalition of Rochester, the Hillside Family of Agencies and the American Diabetes Association. The Rhinos organization is encouraging contributions to these agencies during this week by donating tickets to the USL Eastern Conference Final match between the Rhinos and Louisville City FC at Sahlen's Stadium on Saturday, October 10th at 7:05 pm ET.

When donations of $10, $20 or $100 are made to any of these four agencies this week, the person(s) contributing will receive free tickets to Saturday's USL Eastern Conference Final as designated below:

- Donate $10.00 - Receive two match tickets

- Donate $20.00 - Receive six match tickets

- Donate $100.00 - Receive 30 match tickets

Gary Mervis, Chairman and Founder of Camp Good Days and Special Times, had the following to say about the partnership with the Rhinos for the playoffs, "We are so thrilled that the Rochester Rhinos have included us in their playoff push for tickets sales. All of our programs at Camp Good Days are provided free of charge to participants. We couldn't do what we do without support from the community, and efforts like this from the Rhinos are truly appreciated".

Tom Hildebrandt, the President of the Hillside Children's Foundation, added, "We would, once again, like to thank the Rochester Rhinos for being such fantastic partners to the youth and families who are touched by Hillside Family of Agencies in this community. Through your creative ticket promotions, jersey raffles and other fan-inclusive efforts, you continue to raise awareness and funds that better enable us to care for those we are privileged to serve. The top seeded Rhinos advanced to the USL Eastern Conference Final by defeating the visiting New York Red Bulls II 2-0 on Saturday, October 3. Second seed Louisville City FC booked their place in the Eastern Conference Final after a 2-0 overtime win at home against the Charleston Battery on October 3. The winner of the Eastern Conference Final will face the Western Conference champion (Oklahoma City Energy FC or the Los Angeles Galaxy II) next weekend for the USL Title.
