RiverHawks Keep Winning Streak Alive in Huntsville

Augusta RiverHawks' forward Neil Graham scored with just 1:26 remaining in the third period to give his team a 4-3 win over the Huntsville Havoc Saturday night in Huntsville, AL.

The win extends the RiverHawks lead over the Havoc to four points in the race for second place in the SPHL. The RiverHawks remain six points back of the first-place Mississippi Surge.

RiverHawks' goaltender Peter Skoggard maintained a perfect record in the SPHL by stopping 33 saves and picking up his fourth win in four starts this season. The win is the RiverHawks' sixth in a row, their second-longest winning streak of the season.

RiverHawks forward Jason Dolgy and Egor Mironov each had a goal and assist for their team.

The RiverHawks have six games remaining in their inaugural regular season. Four of the games will be played on home ice as the team strives for home-ice advantage in the playoffs.

The RiverHawks are back in action at the James Brown Arena Friday, March 18th as they face the Knoxville Ice Bears. The puck drops at 7:30pm.
