Phoenix Rising FC and Spooner Physical Therapy, a Phoenix-based practice with 22 locations throughout the Phoenix metro, have agreed to a partnership agreement for the 2021 season, the club announced today.

"Spooner is another local partner that aligns perfectly with Phoenix Rising due to their focus on serving its community," said Rising GM, Bobby Dulle. "Spooner's expertise will allow us to remain a leader in USL in rehabilitation and recovery. We look forward to growing together on and off the pitch."

As part of the agreement, Spooner will provide Rising with an assistant athletic trainer for the 2021 season. The musculoskeletal care experts will also assist Rising with on-site rehabilitation support for its players and cover Rising Academy tournaments.

"Phoenix Rising FC has elevated soccer locally and nationally," said Spooner Physical Therapy CEO, Tim Spooner. "We are excited to unite our common commitments to excellence by promoting the game, developing youth athletes and keeping the entire soccer community performing at their best. Our team is dedicated to providing expert care when injuries do occur, with a focus on getting athletes back on the pitch."
