New Bedford Bay Sox News Release

The Bay Sox are pleased to announce that former Major League Baseball player Rick Miller will return for his 3rd season as manager of the Bay Sox in 2014. Miller spent 12 of his 15 major league baseball seasons with the Boston Red Sox and three seasons with the California Angels.

Miller, who holds the Bay Sox record for most overall wins and most wins in a season, is excited to be leading a new roster of collegiate baseball professional prospects. "The goals for this summer are the same as previous seasons: to learn, have fun, and win. If we can do that we'll have a successful season." said Miller.

The Bay Sox will be making some additional front office and assistant coaching announcements over the next couple of months.
