Rhinos Build with Tryout in January

Rochester, NY - The 20th season of Rochester Rhinos soccer is to set to start on the field in a few months with training camp opening in March 2015. Head Coach Bob Lilley is building around his core of players with their first tryout of the year on Tuesday, January 6th at Total Sports Experience located at 880 Elmgrove Road in Rochester.

Lilley and the Rhinos have exercised the options on 10 players from the 2014 roster including Rhinos Defender of the Year, Tony Walls, and the USL PRO Rookie and Goalkeeper of the Year, John McCarthy. Lilley and his staff will look to try and fill spots around the group of returning players.

Registration begins at 7:30am tomorrow morning with the first session set to begin at 8am and to go until 11am. There will be a break from 11am - 1pm with the second session going from 1 - 3pm. There are over 40 players registered with players representing the United States, Canada, Brazil, Burkina Faso, Ecuador, Honduras & Jamaica.
