COLORADO SPRINGS - Rio Grande Valley FC (8-8-7) draw 1-1 at Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC (10-7-6) on Saturday night on the road.

Newcomer Frank Lopez tallied his first goal with RGV FC in the 80th minute, assisted by Emilio Ycaza. Colorado equalized during the second half stoppage with a strike by Matthew Mahoney.

The Toros totaled seven shots, with two on target while the Switchbacks totaled nine shots, three on target.

Tyler Deric was able to save two shots for the night. Andres Flores and Ycaza each totaled four tackles. Ycaza also totaled one shot, distributed two key passes and an assist. Lopez totaled two shots, one on target.
