Republic FC to Play Orange County Blues FC on Monday, July 7

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (July 5, 2014) - Sacramento Republic FC will play Orange County Blues FC on Monday, July 7 at Bonney Field in a rescheduled match. Kickoff is 7:30 p.m. Gates will open at 6:00 p.m. Club will honor all tickets purchased by fans for the originally scheduled July 4 match. The match may also be viewed live online at SacRepublicFC.com/matchday.

The match had been previously scheduled for July 4 but was postponed due to the unprecedented events related to the fire near Cal Expo and air quality issues that ensued. In consultation with Orange County Blues FC and USL PRO, all three organizations determined the best date to reschedule was on Monday, July 7.

All tickets for the original July 4 date will be accepted on July 7. Fans are asked to contact Sacramento Republic FC for replacement of lost or destroyed tickets at (916) 307-6100 or tickets@sacrepublicfc.com

Refunds are not available for this match unless originally purchased outside of the Sacramento area (75 mile radius). Sacramento Republic FC may consider exchanges for select future designated matches based on availability. Friday's postponed match was to be "Caped Crusader Night" presented by Jiffy Lube. The activities surrounding the themed match, including auction of player signed capes with proceeds benefitting Capes4Hereos, will be implemented at a later match date. Instead, Republic FC will be providing entertainment and activities that celebrate July 7 as a Sacramento version of "Monday Night Football."
