OTTAWA â Thursday, May 16, 2002 â The Quarterback Club is back!
The Ottawa Renegades will be hosting the first of many Quarterback Club events tonight, from 5 to 7 pm, as Local Heroes Bar & Grill on Bank Street in Ottawa will be the site of the very first one in franchise history.
High-profile guests will include team president Brad Watters, general manager Eric Tillman, head coach Joe Paopao, and quarterback Dan Crowley.
All are welcome.
Professional football returns to the Nation's Capital this spring as the Ottawa Renegades open up their inaugural training camp at Kemptville College on June 1st. The regular season kicks off on June 28 against the visiting Saskatchewan Roughriders at Frank Clair Stadium.
