OTTAWA - The Ottawa Renegades Football Club made the following transactions on June 18, 2005.
The team released:
Canadian offensive lineman Christian Leibl-Cote
American linebacker Chris Shelling
American defensive lineman John Turntine
American offensive lineman Morris Unutoa
American linebacker Tony White
The Renegades also placed defensive lineman Johnny Scott on the suspension list.
The team also announced Saturday that former B.C. Lions import receiver Frank Cutolo was claimed off of waivers.
The Renegades open the 2005 regular season in Edmonton on Friday, June 24 against the Eskimos - a game nationally televised on TSN. The Renegades will host the Montreal Alouettes in their home opener on Canada Day, July 1st, against the Montreal Alouettes.
