
Renegades Hire Chief Executive

OTTAWA â The Ottawa Renegades are pleased to announce the hiring of John Lisowski as Chief Executive Officer of the Renegades and Co-Chair of Grey Cup 2004. Mr. Lisowski begins both positions February 2.
Mr. Lisowski brings a wealth of business and professional sports experience. He joins the Renegades after retirement from 35 years of service as a managing partner at the Ottawa office of Price Waterhouse Coopers. Mr. Lisowski has worked as a financial and senior management consultant with a wide variety of Ottawa and international-based organizations including the Ottawa Senators and the Corel Centre.
Effective February 2, he will assume control of day-to-day business operations of the Renegades and, in conjunction with Randy Gillies, will serve as Co-Chair of 2004 Grey Cup.
Renegades Governor Randy Gillies, is pleased to welcome an individual with such extensive business and community knowledge to the Renegades organization.
"John's business and financial background will position the Renegades for long-term success and stability in Ottawa," said Gillies.
Mr. Lisowski is a Chartered Accountant. Born and raised in Ottawa, he lives with wife Wendy in the Glebe.
