INDEPENDENCE, Missouri - The Missouri Mavericks will host a press conference today from 12-1 p.m. in the President's Club of the Independence Events Center. The team will announce the slogan for the 2012-13 season, unveil a new jersey design as well as other business initiatives. All fans and media are invited to attend and are asked to enter through the south entrance of building closest to the Centerpoint Community Ice Rink.

The Missouri Mavericks will begin their fourth season of play in the Central Hockey League in October 2012. Season tickets are on sale now and start at just under $11 per game.
