Hempstead-On a rainy night at Hofstra Softball Stadium in front of a crowd 200, the Juggernaut offense took over to get the come from behind win from the Texas Thunder in an 8-3 ball game. The New York offense was led by Chelsea Spencer who hit her first home run of the season, a two run shot for the Juggernaut. Alicia Smith put up another solid performance at the plate going 2-for-3 with an RBI and a run. Peaches James threw five innings in the win, while striking out eight opposing batters. Jodie Cox came on in relief, shutting the door against the Thunder. She did not allow a hit in two innings of work and recorded three strikeouts for the Juggernaut.

Two batters later, with runners on second and third, Carri Leto hit a sacrifice fly to score Ogee from third to end the scoring in a four-run inning for the Juggernaut.
