Redondo Beach Cafe to become official restaurant of Riptide

CARSON, CA (Monday, August 7, 2006) - The Los Angeles Riptide of Major League Lacrosse (MLL) are proud to announce today that the Redondo Beach Café will be the official restaurant of the team. Located at 1511 S. Pacific Coast Highway in Redondo Beach, the Redondo Beach Café will team with the Riptide to be the official eatery of the club, featuring away game viewing parties. Lacrosse fans can also join the Riptide for breakfast at the Redondo Beach Café every morning before a Riptide home game.
"We are extremely happy to partner with the Redondo Beach Café and to have the Café on board as the official restaurant of the L.A. Riptide," Riptide General Manager G.W. Mix said. "The food and atmosphere is great for the team as we meet there for breakfast before games, and we look forward to building a solid marketing partnership with Chris Tsangaris and his staff in the future."
Riptide fans can join the team for their pre-game meal or celebrate after the game and receive a discounted meal at anytime if they are wearing Los Angeles Riptide apparel or present a Riptide game ticket.
