Jacksonville Sharks News Release
JACKSONVILLE, FL. - The Jacksonville Sharks have announced that the team will host a free agent tryout on Saturday, November 14, giving athletes the opportunity to showcase their skills in front of the Sharks coaching and football operations staff ahead of the 2027 season.
The tryout is open to athletes looking for an opportunity to continue their football careers at the professional level. Participants will be evaluated through a variety of drills designed to test speed, agility, athleticism and position-specific skills.
The Sharks are continuing to build their roster for the 2027 Indoor Football League season, and the November tryout will provide the coaching staff with another opportunity to identify talent that could earn a spot with the organization.
"We're always looking for guys who are hungry for an opportunity and ready to compete," said Sharks Head Coach Jason Gibson. "Tryouts give players a chance to get in front of our staff and show us what they can do. You never know where you're going to find the next guy who can help your football team."
