PHOENIX - Sherdrick Bonner connected on 20 of his 25 passes for 250 yards and six touchdowns as the Arizona Rattlers (1-3) downed the Las Vegas Gladiators (1-3) 68-41 Friday night in front of a crowd of 9,630 at the U.S. Airways Center.
Atnaf Harris and Kevin McKenzie were each on the receiving end of six of Bonner's passes with Harris gaining 88 yards and McKenzie with 76 yards and three scores. McKenzie also had 87 yards in kickoff returns for 163 total yards, earning him the game's Ironman of the Game award.
Bo Kelly - who set the all-time AFL rushing mark last week at Colorado - rushed for a pair of scores, giving him 80 in his career, which ties Kelly with Chicago's Bob McMillen for third most in AFL history.
Shaun King threw for 217 yards and four TDs, but completed just 15 of his 24 attempts. Etu Molden led Las Vegas in receiving with 110 yards and two touchdowns.
