
Rattlers Acquire WR Julian Williams

Phoenix, Ariz. - The five time world champion Arizona Rattlers were assigned wide receiver Julian Williams for the 2016 Arena Football League (AFL) season on Tuesday. This will be his first season with the Rattlers, his third in the AFL.
Before he joined the Rattlers, Williams played for the Orlando Predators in 2015 and the Iowa Barnstormers in 2014.
The 6-foot-1, 190-pound Williams attended Marian University in Indianapolis, Indiana. While there, he was named All-MSFA in 2010 and 2011, and was All-MSFA Mideast League Honorable Mention in 2008. He also was a BSN All-American. Williams ranks first all-time in kick return yards (1,072), Most return touchdowns (2) and second all-time in most total yards (3,000) in Marian University history.
The Richton Park, Illinois native attended Marian Catholic High School in Chicago Heights, Illinois.
