Raptors Sponsor RAAHC Fundraiser

ROCKFORD, Ill. - The Rock River Raptors of the United Indoor Football (UIF) league announced today that they are a sponsor of the Rockford Area Affordable Housing Coalition's (RAAHC) Tailgate Party at the Lombardi Club, Monday, Dec. 11 at 6:30 p.m.

The Tailgate Party will take place before the Chicago Bears and the St. Louis Rams square off for Monday Night Football. The game will be broadcast as part of the event as well. The event serves as a fundraiser for the RAAHC. A pair of Raptors season tickets will be available through a silent auction and team representatives will be on hand to answer questions about the 2007 season. The Raptors will also take part in the Free Kids Concert Series at the Byron Forest Preserve on Saturday, Dec. from 3-4 p.m. Vinnie the Velociraptor, the team's mascot, will be on hand for pictures and fun.
