
Rangers Sign Victor Oreskovich

Kitchener, ON: Rangers Head Coach and General Manager Peter DeBoer announced this afternoon that the team has signed C Victor Oreskovich.
Oreskovich, who had been playing with Notre Dame (NCAA), was acquired in the deal last week that sent Patrick Davis to the Windsor Spitfires. In 37 games with the Irish last season Oreskovich tallied 3 points.
The Oakville native, who is expected to be in the lineup Friday night, was selected by the Colorado Avalanche in the 2nd round (55th overall) of the 2004 NHL Entry Draft.
